Monthly rent includes, water, electricity, cable, Wi-Fi, trash removal, secured access, amenity rooms, event calendar, 24/7 front desk staff, and washer/dryer (with the exception of Dorchester North-Cable/Wi-Fi and washer/dryer is at a charge). All of our apartments are equipped with individual climate control thermostats for residents’ personal comfort.

Rent does not include meals. We offer an á la carte meal service, meaning you only pay for what you use! If you would like to have a meal plan added to your monthly fees, we have three flexible Dining Club Options for you to choose from (you are not locked into a meal plan so you can change this at any time)! We also offer free delivery to your apartment should you choose to order it to-go!

OPTION 1
$170 to spend as you choose on any meals you choose, and for purchases in our Market as well. Plus, we will give you a bonus $10.00 to thank you for opting to purchase this plan.

OPTION 2
$240 to spend as you choose on any meals you choose, and for purchases in our Market as well. Plus, we will give you a bonus of $15.00 to thank you for opting to purchase this plan.

OPTION 3
$400 to spend as you choose on any meals you choose, and for purchases in our Market as well. Plus, we will give you a bonus $25.00 to thank you for opting to purchase this plan.

If you do not use all the balance on your Dining Club card, you can absolutely carry the balance into the
next month

Yes, our application fee is $50.00 per person.

Yes, our one-time community fee is $1,000.00.

Yes, depending upon the results of the application/credit screening, your security deposit will be equal to at least one month’s rent.

Yes, renters’ insurance is required prior to receiving keys to your apartment. This can be secured by most any insurance company. A copy of the policy will need to be provided.

You will need a copy of your drivers license, a completed application, and a $50 application fee.

Absolutely! You can hire our housekeeping department on an as needed basis or a regularly scheduled basis. We offer various levels of housekeeping services available on an á la carte basis so you only pay for what you want when you want it. No contracts.

Our leases are for 12 months.

We offer a variety of amenities and activities for you to take advantage of as often as you like. We have a packed monthly Activities Calendar and offer these amenity areas to all our residents: Card room, Billiards room, puzzle room, libraries, fitness room, computer room, Hair Salon, screened in porch and outdoor courtyard, patios, and verandas.

No, this is a non-smoking campus, indoors and outdoors.

We are a pet-friendly community where our residents can have up to two pets per apartment (some exclusions apply). Cats and Dogs are permitted. Exotic pets and reptiles are not allowed. Two pets per apartment, weighing no more than 25 lbs.

Restricted breeds: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Staffordshire Terrier, or Chow. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet and a monthly fee of $35 per pet.

Yes, our bus provides transportation to Grocery Stores, Banks, Walmart, and various trips for shopping.

Yes! We have several activities daily that promote the 5 pillars of health: social, cognitive, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Our Independent Senior Living Community promotes health, happiness & fun, where friends & neighbors come together to get the most out of life! From social events, field trips to educational seminars, our residents enjoy a hearty events & activities calendar!

Residents can only enter by using a secure code and/or a FOB key. We also have a 24-hour front desk staff. We have security cameras in place in common areas and in the parking lot.

Yes! Bayada Health Care, ATR Physical Therapy as well as numerous third-party companies such as Doctors Making House Calls, Visiting Angels, and pharmacy delivery companies.
