Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community where our residents can have up to two pets per apartment (some exclusions apply). Cats and Dogs are permitted. Exotic pets and reptiles are not allowed. Two pets per apartment, weighing no more than 25 lbs.
Restricted breeds: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Staffordshire Terrier, or Chow. There is a one-time non-refundable per pet fee of $300 and a monthly per pet fee of $35.
